I remember the first time I heard The Black Crowes. I was a child. MTV was left on in the other room. The song “Jealous Again” came on and I stopped what I was doing. When the drums kicked in, I ran to the TV! And so a love affair with the music of The Black Crowes began! fast forward almost 30 years, and now I will be opening for the drummer who started it all for me, Steve Gorman! What’s even more exciting is that he is now with a great band called Trigger Hippy who have just released their 2nd album. On November 3, I will have the honor of opening the show when Trigger Hippy comes to White Eagle Hall, in Jersey City, NJ. I’ll be performing a solo/acoustic set of my original music.
